2004 Winners D’Arbrae Stitt & Ryan Loney

Each year the Solano County Chapter of Blacks In Government (BIG) holds its annual Information Superhighway Student Competition Program (ISSC). This program provides youth, in grades 9 through 12, the chance to develop computer skills, and demonstrate their expertise and creativity on the information superhighway by creating a web site. Whoever makes the best web site wins. The winner of the Solano County Chapter ISSC automatically becomes eligible to compete on the Regional level. If the student wins the Regional competition, he or she further competes on the National level. The winner wins cash, awards, prizes and scholarships on each level.
